I received an email from my employer Giandi Pages regarding the progress of the lawns and other gardens within the area of our project. But unfortunately, I had read it almost a week already. So I was in a hurry to accomplish his request with a forwarded message from the Director of Engineering-Keith Evans. Here is the message:Good day Erill,
Below is an email from Keith Evans. Please take photos of each of the following points brought up by Mr Keith. I want to see the actual progress of each point. Please email me a report with photos. Thank you.
Email ASAP to me at (email address _ _ _)

Giandi Pages
DOE's Message:Deena,
1. All Hotel lawn area grass cutting was completed by Saturday and weeding is on-going. The grass is growing back very quickly therefore please ask your staff to cut the grass yet again and as short as possible. The weather is still favorable as we are getting regular rain showers so the soil is soft to allow weeding and allow the grass to grow quickly.
Other points to note:-
2. Better level of attention to the landscape gardens around the main pool and lap pool with cultivation of soil and dead leaves removed all areas.
3. Improved eco-cell weeding and more planting of peanut plant in bare areas
4. Removing of coconut fruit and flowers from guest contact areas
5. Trimming of guest room balcony plants bougainvilleas to avoid long stems
6. Regular weekly spraying to control insect and fungi
7. Soil wash in some areas has exposed cable conduit, please recover
8. Lobby plants at shallow ponds need daily attention, keep free of dead leaves
9. Keep trimming lower stem dead leaves from Pandan plant along Banyugan Beach
10. Chi Spa roof gardens still need more attention and removing of dead leaves to prevent drains getting blocked
11. Provide assistance with re-planting areas behind Villa 20 on completion of pipe relacing
12. Sagana ballroom lawn area has some weeds same as other lawn areas
13. Keep improving lawn area and garden at D Block Level 4 next to the lobby
14. Trim back octopus tree at mid pond outside GM / RM office, common tree height required.
15. Remember to keep removing any weeds from cart track edging all areas, especially between the 'batu candi'
16. Keep removing tree branches that over hang Villa roof tops to prevent damage.
Of course, numbers in chronological order are not included in the message. I'm just the one putting the numbers in this post. So as per request, I posted DOE's Concerns one by one.
